Name: Xengar (Also "Zengar" or "Tsengar")
Based On: Michael Hetley
Identifying Quote: "Everything you know is wrong."
Rank: Second-In-Command
Title: Catalyst Of Strange
Note: Xengar reminds one of a librarian, or a monk, or something else very peaceful. He's quiet, introspective, and mostly keeps to himself. Very sensitive and in touch with the state of his friends and the Earth. He spends a lot of his time observing his surroundings, which tend to be far more interesting than yours or mine. See... Xengar is a small, intelligent, mobile incarnation of chaos. Chaos himself created Xengar, but we're not sure what relation the two are... Xengar claims to be Chaos' son, but Chaos called him a golem, and Johnny Bubonic, an enemy of Chaos, considers him to be Chaos himself, acting through a harmless-looking avatar. Xengar probably wouldn't care which theory is true.
Advantages: Something like a sentient version of Douglas Adams' famous Infinite Improbability Drive. When Xengar's around, weird things happen. He's learned to control his power a little bit; he can turn it down to just a tiny oddity (a plastic bag blows by in no wind), or up to full-blown gonzo goofiness (history is changed, physics are reversed, etc.) Also, Xengar can focus his strangeness into certain areas, usually by 'throwing' a 'ball' of weirdness, which isn't necessary but looks really cool.
Disadvantages: Although the chaotic effects generally work out in Xengar's favor, sometimes they do nothing for him or may actually hurt him. Physically, he's rather weak, and not much good in battle if he hasn't been lent a railgun or something.
Appearance:Xengar dresses in grunge. He wears a plaid flannel shirt, ripped jeans, and sometimes a shirt with the symbol of Chaos. His glasses are square; his hair is black. He's the tallest one currently living with Speldor.
