Note: Unlike his slacker brothers Speldor and Hygert, Neliac is a complete workaholic. And who wouldn't be? Neliac makes his own rules, lives by his own hours, and generally enjoys what he does in a way that human wage slaves can never know. Kind of sarcastic like Hygert, but in a more cheerful, upbeat way. Until his recent rediscovery of his family, Neliac was the servant of the Overspam, not remembering Earth at all. He even had the body of a Spam Mutant at that time. Fortunately, though, he's returned to a humanoid shape, but still has very little of his original ability.
Advantages: Having been away from Earth from over 50 years, Neliac has very little of his power at his command. All he can really do is create gasoline-based sugary treats, like Twinkie creme. However, having been the Overspam's herald, he had several power advantages built into his Spamoid body, which he kept when he returned to Earthling form. Neliac's usual attack utilizes his "petrolcreme railguns", twin cannons which pop out of his wrists and, via magnetism, spew sugary napalm at silly speeds. He's in great physical condition (we're talking a two-minute-mile) and can link up with computers to access information or reprogram them. If in need of assistance, he can always call on his mushroom friends, Paco and Pancho, for help.
Disadvantages: The Overspam is not at all pleased with Neliac for having it ostracized from the planet it ruled. The Overspam's goal on Earth is this: Recapture Neliac, torture him, and reengineer him into a weapon of universal destruction.
Appearance:Neliac looks exactly like Billy, a nondescript Terwalk teenager. Billy and Neliac have shaggy black hair, a lean face, and a sort of natural smirk. Neliac wears a smock and a pair of canvas bell-bottoms, both white. Billy has a rock on a string around his neck (he's got this thing about rocks, you see...); Neliac replaced this with an eyeball-like ornament, alluding to his history with the Spam Mutants. He always wears sunglasses.
