Identifying Quote: "You'll believe anything, won't you?"
Rank: Unquestionable team leader
Title: Horseman of Plague
Note: The dark, threatening God of Plague set up a group of like-minded evil gods, for the purpose of repeatedly killing Speldor and taking over the city while he was gone. Johnny is evil, he claims, because if he were nice it would be difficult to enjoy his job. He's showy, demanding attention. He's got a kind of boyish royalness to him, like a bachelor archduke mugging for the camera. Charming in the way he moves and speaks, but with a dangerous edge to it all. He likes to toy with the emotions and thoughts of his enemies, before finishing them. Oh, and when he gets angry, he gets ANGRY. I don't just mean like he slams his hand on the table; Johnny kind of, you know, throws garbage trucks at people when he's mad. It's like, whoo, you don't want to be around an angry Johnny. No sir. Not on the top 10 list. Nuh-uh.
Advantages: Johnny is one of the Easy Riders-- the Five Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Like all the Easy Riders, he's a shapeshifter with two forms. Normally, in public, he appears as a rather tall, greasy-looking teenager. However, when in battle or extremely angry at something, or when he's just sick of humanity, he'll revert to his true form-- a seven-foot-tall, anthropomorphic rat.
Most of his attacks shoot from the blade of his scythe, but even if someone took it he could use all of them. His trusty scythe is eight feet long, with a two-foot-long blade which is usually spattered with blood. Johnny can fire disease cultures (in energy form) at his opponents, anything from a nervous tic to violent ebola. He can also inflict genetic disorders on his opponents, like epilepsy, Down's syndrome, autism, etc. He's also the physically strongest god in Terwalk City, stronger even than GeeFUNK. And, of course, if he needs help (which isn't often), he can request it from the other Easy Riders.
Disadvantages: Until just recently, Johnny had a beloved girlfriend by the name of Fennya. She died. And before she could come back, her soul was knocked unconscious and her new body was stolen by Myriad, for her own purposes. Johnny is extremely upset over her loss, and may be distracted by the thought of somehow rescuing her. He can also lose his temper and revert to rat mode in public, which effectively blows his cover. Other than that, Johnny Bubonic has no known weaknesses.
Appearance:In his human form, Johnny Boubonic is a corpse-like goth. His hair is greasy black and wild, and he wears a trenchcoat similar to Speldor's. When he returns to his rat form, though, his costume is a simple, ragged-looking cloak. His face in rat form has the same black hair, but not as much of it; smooth grey fur; and piercing red eyes.
