Note: If you weren't paying attention, you might mistake him for Satan Claus... but Satan Claus is merely on the side of evil. I'Irez is pure evil, nothing but. Nothing is too foul for him. From wrecking economies to slaying his own followers, I'Irez is dedicated to the destruction of all things that are good, from all viewpoints-- even the things that evil people think highly of. There is no humanity to see in him, no emotion: His glee at an act of villainy shows only as a faint glow of his blood-red eyes, although inside he's in hysterics. I'Irez is feared and hated by all immortals, even the Easy Riders. Humans, though, are so afraid of him that they are unable to say his name, instead calling him "I.R.S."
Advantages: I'Irez's powers center around robbing his opponents of their strength, and then overpowering them while they're weak. His most dramatic attack is to "bury them in paperwork", which is just what it sounds like; a gradual flow of worksheets erases the opponent from I'Irez's view, then blows away, leaving nothing behind. Once I'Irez has drawn blood, that wound will never heal; he will eventually bleed you dry. There are rumors that I'Irez is himself a vampire...
Disadvantages: I'Irez has no known weaknesses.
Appearance:I'Irez has shiny, almost metallic black hair. His features are sharp and angular, his body likewise. His eyes are cold, blood-red slits. He wears a hugely oversized business suit, black with white pin-stripes, and a tie made of human skin.
