The Grand High Sushi

Name: Different in every story

Identifying Quote: "May the Sushi Star shine brightness upon your meals."
Rank: Third-in-command
Title: The Grand High Sushi
Note: He's an extradimensional visitor from the Sushi Star (a link between this dimension and the Sushi Plane), who has been sent to prepare the world from the oncoming sushi onslaught. Since he believes sushi is the highest form of life, he is rather disrespectful of humans, gods, and their ilk. Very snobbish, upper-class type. He toadies. He backstabs. He seizes every opportunity he can. The GHS befriended Johnny Bubonic at TOTWCon '9X (Take Over The World Convention 199X), and soon started working for him. His ultimate goal is to overthrow Johnny, take over Terwalk himself, and transform Terwalk City into a gateway between the Sushi Star and Earth.
Advantages: The master of all edible sea life. The Grand High Sushi has used octopus machine guns, salmon blackjacks, transforming motorcycle-squid, a local supervillain team called the Adolescent Genetically-Skewed Hyper Guppies, electric eel whiplashes, airborne food, floating ink balls, a sashimi roll that stole Joe's car, and hundreds of other weapons based on uncooked water creatures. He's not strictly immortal, so much as he's replaceable. If one dies, another will come to take his place. (Each Grand High Sushi has his own name.) Being the herald of the Sushi Apocalypse, he's developed a cult following, the Sushi Faith. The Sushi Faith will be spared when the Apocalypse comes, as long as they faithfully serve him and fight for his cause.
Disadvantages: Very resentful of Satan Claus for taking his place as second-in-command. Will take any chance to take Johnny's place, no matter how insipid the concept. Reeks of salt water.
Appearance:The GHS's appearance may vary, but he's always short, pale, and seems to have a very delicate constitution, which isn't exactly true. He wears purple and blue ceremonial robes. His only ornamentation is a huge purple squid that sits on his head, similar to the Pope's hat. Through some strange sushi mind-meld, the squid mimics the Grand High Sushi's expression, at least with its eyes.
